About the role
The Community Manager for La Maison River Oaks will oversee the daily operations of this multifamily property, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team and coordinate all aspects of leasing, budgeting, and property maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage coding to the appropriate Chart of Accounts.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
- Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.
