Community Manager – Discovery at Kingwood

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Discovery at Kingwood property. The role oversees daily operations, team coordination, and resident experience to meet financial and occupancy goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee rent collection, invoice approval, vendor payments, and petty‑cash management.
• Administer lease processes, including applicant approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
