About the role

This part‑time position provides direct care to mildly intellectually disabled adults in the community and their homes. You will lead recreational and skill‑building activities, working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform direct care and support for adults with mild intellectual disabilities.
  • Plan and facilitate recreational and skill‑building activities in community settings and homes.
  • Maintain flexible scheduling, guaranteeing at least 10 hours per week with the possibility of up to 25 hours.

Required profile

  • High School diploma or GED/HiSET plus at least one year of related experience or training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization and time‑management skills.

Required skills

  • Basic computer knowledge.

What we offer

  • $500 sign‑on bonus (split after first week of training and after 90 days).
  • Hourly rate of $22.92.
