Commission Sales Representative – Self-Hosted AI Cloud

About the role

Join Clovyr’s fast‑growing AI startup as a Commission Sales Representative, focusing on selling a self‑hosted AI cloud platform to enterprises that need data sovereignty and compliance. This remote, commission‑driven position offers uncapped earnings based on 20% of first‑year ARR for each closed deal.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and conduct cold outbound outreach to CTOs, CIOs, IT directors, compliance leads, and operations executives at companies with 10–500 employees.
• Use AISDR tooling to build automated outbound sequences at scale and manage a personal sales pipeline in a CRM.
• Book and deliver product demos, represent Clovyr at industry events, and hand off closed deals to the onboarding team.
• Provide market feedback to the founding team to shape product positioning.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with proven ability to generate pipeline and close B2B SaaS or enterprise software deals.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, multi‑channel prospecting, and networking at conferences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results‑driven, and able to work autonomously.
