About the role

We are scaling our U.S. real estate wholesaling operations across multiple high‑volume states and are hiring commission‑only sales representatives to close acquisitions and manage dispositions nationwide.

Key responsibilities

Acquisitions Closer: Hunt FSBO properties on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, aiming for 2–4 closed contracts per month.
Disposition Manager: Package contracts, market them to cash‑buyer networks, collect $5k EMDs and manage title, targeting 4–8 assigned deals per month.

Required profile

Fluent spoken English (C1/C2 level).
Proven experience in U.S. off‑market real estate.
Reliable computer, quiet workspace and stable internet connection.

What we offer

15% commission per closed deal (average $1,500–$3,000 USD per deal).
Direct title payouts wired to your international bank account/Wise on closing day.
