Commercial Relationship Manager

About the role

The Commercial Relationship Manager will develop and maintain long‑lasting business relationships to drive sales growth across commercial markets such as real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education and municipal facilities. The role combines prospecting, consultative selling and after‑sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, guiding them through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct in‑person consultative sales meetings, identify client needs and propose tailored remediation solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with facility executives, property managers, insurance professionals and other decision‑makers.
• Prepare detailed sales activity reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a service‑oriented industry.
• At least 2 years managing repair projects in the insurance and restoration sector.
• IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration.
• Professional appearance, ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
