The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager III serves as a trusted advisor to commercial clients in Lancaster County, delivering a full range of banking solutions and building a network of referral sources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing commercial banking relationships while prospecting new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product partners to cross‑sell services and deepen client relationships.
• Manage a commercial loan portfolio, including credit and non‑credit clients, and ensure timely loan presentations and renewals.
• Analyze financial statements and credit material to assess risk and maintain appropriate risk ratings.
• Maintain an ongoing prospect list, schedule calls and meetings, and generate referrals from existing clients.
• Participate in community and professional networking events to establish Centers of Influence.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest policies, federal and state regulations, and complete required credit documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred.
• 6–8 years of account relationship management experience with a strong sales performance record.
