Private Banker – Affluent Client Services

About the role

The Private Banker is responsible for delivering a comprehensive affluent client experience, coordinating with multiple business lines to provide the full range of Northwest Bank products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contacts, develop and close new business opportunities across investments, mortgage, small business, trust, and lending.
• Cultivate relationships with sources of new business such as attorneys, accountants, and company officials.
• Prepare financial profiles, analyze client needs, and propose appropriate products and services.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and seminars with prospects and cross‑sell Northwest offerings.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations and monitor client accounts on an ongoing basis.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of relevant private banking or wealth management experience.
• Strong relationship‑management and sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed production targets.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business lines and adhere to compliance policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of securities, investment products, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and private banking credit processes.
• Understanding of financial planning, fiduciary, ERISA, and custodian account concepts.
