Coagulation Sales Specialist – Charlotte/Atlanta Region

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Coagulation Sales Specialist supporting the Charlotte and Atlanta market. You will work closely with the diagnostic sales force to identify and engage customers interested in new coagulation equipment, guiding them from initial interest through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify customers in the buying cycle for coagulation devices, both existing accounts and new prospects.
• Deliver technical presentations, financial proposals, equipment demonstrations, and site visits.
• Manage the sales funnel using Siemens CRM tools, ensuring accurate opportunity progression and forecasting.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate implementation, and maintain post‑sale relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Applications, and Customer Service teams to maximize customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hospital sales experience, preferably with capital equipment or laboratory/diagnostic products.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Residency in the assigned territory and a valid driver’s license without recent DUI/DWI violations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with Miller Heiman is a plus.
• Strong customer‑relationship management and strategic account planning abilities.
