CNA/PCA Caregiver – Part‑Time

About the role

Join Commonwise as a CNA/PCA Caregiver in Virginia Beach, providing compassionate, reliable support to clients in their homes. You will help clients maintain independence and quality of life while working flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and engaging hobbies.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and families, acting as an advocate in community settings.

Required profile

• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to contribute to the mission “To Truly Care for People.”
• Physically able to lift, push, or pull 20‑50 lb and perform frequent bending; valid driver’s license may be required.
