Closet Installer Helper

About the role

As an Installer Helper you will work side‑by‑side with experienced installers to bring custom closet systems to customers’ homes. This hands‑on, physical role offers paid training and a clear path toward becoming a Lead Installer.

Key responsibilities

• Support the installation of custom closet systems in residential homes.
• Read design drawings and assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver parts and materials safely to workspaces in all weather conditions.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers.
• Ensure work meets Closet America’s high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read design drawings and match parts to assemblies.
• Comfort working with hand tools and various hardware types.
• Strong attention to detail; able to measure and cut to the millimeter.
• Physical ability to lift and carry products in any weather.
• Organized, methodical approach to tasks.
• Problem‑solver with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Availability to work at least two weekends per month.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting design drawings.
• Using hand tools and handling hardware.
• Precise measurement and cutting to the millimeter.
