Closet Installer Helper – Entry Level

About the role

Join Closet America, a Renuity company, as an Installer Helper and work directly with experienced installers to bring custom closet and storage solutions to homeowners in the Philadelphia area. This hands‑on, physical position offers paid training and a clear path toward a Lead Installer role.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of custom closet systems in residential homes.
• Read and interpret design drawings to assemble products accurately.
• Transport parts and materials safely to work sites, regardless of weather conditions.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers.
• Ensure all work meets Closet America’s high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using hand tools and handling various hardware types.
• Strong attention to detail; able to measure and cut to the millimeter.
• Physically able to lift and carry products and work outdoors.
• Available to work at least two weekends per month.

Required skills

• Ability to read and follow design drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Basic measurement and cutting skills.
