Residential Installer – Custom Closets

About the role

As an Installer with Closet America, a Renuity brand, you will bring custom organization solutions to homeowners across the Greater Philadelphia area. You will receive hands‑on and classroom training to progress from a helper to a fully qualified installer, delivering high‑quality closet, garage and pantry systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a pre‑check of your van and materials each morning.
• Install custom organization systems in customer homes following company processes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and protect customers’ property.
• Communicate progress and any issues with the team and homeowners.
• Complete final paperwork, collect payment when required, and review the finished product with the homeowner.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• Woodworking or finish‑carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to measure accurately.
• Willingness to work at least two weekends per month.
• Professional appearance and organized work habits.
