Clinical Research Associate (Remote, USA)

About the role

Allucent helps small-to-medium biopharmaceutical companies navigate clinical trials so they can bring therapies to patients worldwide. It is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join its A-team, working remotely with travel throughout the United States. The role covers oncology, cell and gene therapy and/or neuroscience, with a preferred location on the US West Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage monitoring for assigned clinical trials across study phases, including site initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, ICH, SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Build strong site relationships and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality data collection.
• Identify and resolve site issues, escalating as needed to protect trial integrity and patient safety.
• Mentor and support junior CRAs, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience leading monitoring in complex trials.
• Experience in complex therapeutic areas such as cell and gene therapy; radiopharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Clear, confident communication in English.
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities; willing to travel across the US as required.
