Clinical Concierge – Diagnostic Technologist

About the role

This hybrid position blends front‑desk administrative duties, patient care, and diagnostic imaging expertise. As the first point of contact, you will ensure smooth patient flow, high‑quality imaging, and excellent customer service within Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Easton health center.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient check‑in/check‑out, verify insurance, collect payments and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate EMR records, measure vital signs, and document patient information.
• Room patients, prepare exam rooms, and support providers during examinations.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, operate radiologic equipment, and follow radiation safety protocols.
• Complete follow‑up calls post‑discharge and maintain quality‑control logs.

Required profile

• Technical School Diploma or graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (AART).
• At least 2 years of diagnostic imaging experience in a healthcare setting.
• Registered Technologist (RT) certification and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 25 lb and perform frequent standing, sitting, and patient‑care activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems, radiology PACS software, and scheduling platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation physics, and safety guidelines.
• Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and radiation safety standards.
