Clinic RN – Neurosurgery Clinic – Jeff Hwy

About the role

The Clinic RN provides direct patient care in the Neurosurgery Clinic on Jeff Hwy, applying the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality outcomes and culturally sensitive care.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans and procedures, adapting communication to diverse cultural and religious needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, using data to drive improvements and achieve unit strategic goals.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
