Client Support Worker Supervisor – Community Integration Home

About the role

The State of Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Client Support Worker Supervisor to assist residents at the Community Integration Home in Savannah. Under general supervision, you will help with daily living activities, monitor behavior, and provide training in personal and social skills.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and chart resident behavior, incidents, and progress.
• Provide training in daily living, social, academic, or work skills.
• Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
• Develop and support individual service/treatment plans and coordinate medical care.
• Maintain records, report condition changes, and participate in case reviews.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least three years of direct care experience, including one year in a supervisory role.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate with mental‑health professionals and follow safety procedures.
