Client Solutions Manager - Technology Recruitment

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager in Cincinnati to develop its own client base for full-time technology placement solutions. The role combines business development with client account management, targeting technology clients through telephone, video and in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base by marketing full-time placement solutions, reaching technology clients by phone, video and in-person meetings with key decision makers
• Take part in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the local business community
• Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and keep ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals on assignment
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; technology degree preferred
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience or experience in a technology-related field preferred
• Proven track record of success, competitive and self-motivated
• Strong desire to build a career in business development with proven closing skills and client relationship building

Required skills

• Combination of business development and account management skills
• Ability to multi-task and persist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
