Client Solutions Manager – Performance & Expansion

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive performance and expansion for our Marketing Solutions portfolio. The role is hybrid and can be based in New York, Chicago, Detroit, or San Francisco. You will partner with mid‑market advertisers, helping them achieve ROI through strategic campaign guidance and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with mid‑market clients, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide data‑driven recommendations, and proactively optimize advertising spend.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing education on targeting, implementation, reporting, and best practices.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue and stabilize performance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

• Experience managing multiple client campaigns and projects simultaneously.
