About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive performance and expansion for our Marketing Solutions portfolio. The role is hybrid and can be based in New York, Chicago, Detroit, or San Francisco. You will partner with mid‑market advertisers, helping them achieve ROI through strategic campaign guidance and optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with mid‑market clients, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide data‑driven recommendations, and proactively optimize advertising spend.
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing education on targeting, implementation, reporting, and best practices.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue and stabilize performance.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing multiple client campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of online media, native advertising, and programmatic channels.
- Understanding of targeting, optimization, and reporting methodologies.
