Client Service Associate

About the role

PF Wealth Partners, a growing financial planning firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide excellent service to clients, support advisors, and enhance client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client requests and manage client onboarding.
• Assist advisors with meeting preparation, follow‑up tasks, and calendar management.
• Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, and money movements.
• Document and manage information in the Redtail CRM system.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably supporting advisors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and various technology platforms.
• Experience with CRM software such as Redtail, Salesforce, or Advisor360 is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines independently.
