Corporate Controller – Global Accounting Leader

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Corporate Controller to lead our global, multi‑entity accounting function. In this player‑coach position you will set direction, develop the team and stay close to day‑to‑day accounting work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities.
• Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls and scalable infrastructure.
• Lead revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury and accounting operations.
• Drive system and process improvements while ensuring compliance.
• Develop, coach and hold accountable a global accounting team.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to influence strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Proven accounting leadership in a small‑to‑mid‑size, multi‑entity organization.
• Experience managing day‑to‑day accounting while leading a team.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution.
• Strong ownership mindset – identify problems, mobilise resources and deliver solutions.
• Comfort working across multiple countries, entities and time zones.

Required skills

• Technical accounting knowledge (financial reporting, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury).
• Experience with accounting systems and process improvement.
• People‑leadership skills – setting expectations, talent development and accountability.
