Client Service Associate

About the role

Rho is a modern banking platform for startups and growth‑stage companies. As a Client Service Associate you will assist entrepreneurs and their finance teams through live chat, phone, email and text, handling everything from simple password resets to complex ERP integration questions.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve client issues across multiple channels while adhering to Rho’s service standards.
• Document common problems and solutions to enrich the team knowledge base.
• Collect client feedback to identify service improvements.
• Communicate ongoing issues to teammates and leadership for follow‑up.
• Follow established protocols for consistent client service delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service experience; financial services or startup background preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Self‑motivated, good judgment and sound decision‑making, especially during lighter coverage shifts.
• Basic understanding of banking, credit cards and accounting principles.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
