Client Partner – Financial Services (Washington, DC)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Client Partner to lead strategic growth within its Financial Services portfolio in Washington, DC. The role serves as the primary steward of the client relationship, aligning client priorities with Infosys’ digital, cloud and AI transformation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a client portfolio of $30‑50 M, overseeing the full opportunity lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Ensure delivery excellence by coordinating with delivery managers, solution leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain an account plan, including relationship mapping, opportunity pipeline, pricing and governance.
• Conduct market, competitor and client research, prepare presentations, estimates and negotiate proposals.
• Drive revenue from go‑to‑market solutions and collaborate with Solutions Leaders to craft customized pitches.
• Balance multiple projects across different delivery units and resolve people or infrastructure issues affecting delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing roles within financial services, with P&L responsibility for $30‑50 M accounts.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
