Client Partner, Financial Services

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Client Partner to drive strategic growth within its Financial Services portfolio in Bridgewater, NJ. The role serves as the primary steward of the client relationship, aligning client priorities with Infosys’ digital, cloud and AI‑led transformation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and business development, building a portfolio of $30‑50 M and owning the full opportunity cycle (prospect, evaluate, propose, close).
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of all client commitments.
• Create and govern comprehensive account plans, including relationship mapping, opportunity identification, and pricing decisions.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, client presentations, estimations, proposals and negotiations.
• Work with the Delivery Manager to resolve people or infrastructure issues affecting project delivery.
• Balance multiple projects across different delivery managers or competency units.
• Drive revenue from go‑to‑market solutions sponsored by the business unit.
• Partner with the Solutions Leader to build customized solution pitches and oversee their delivery.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing high‑impact accounts with $30‑50 M P&L responsibility.
• Strong client relationship and business development track record in financial services.
• Ability to develop and execute long‑term account strategies and governance.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional delivery teams and resolving operational issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client presentations and proposals.
