Client Partner / Engagement Manager – Hi-Tech

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Client Partner / Engagement Manager for its Hi-Tech industry segment. In this strategic leadership position you will act as a trusted advisor to leading technology and engineering organizations, managing a multimillion‑dollar portfolio and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, building a portfolio of $30‑50M.
• Own the full opportunity cycle: prospect, evaluate, propose, and close.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure commitments are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
• Create and govern account plans, including relationship mapping, opportunity prioritisation, and pricing decisions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Identify and lead opportunities in Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing, Smart Factory, Supply Chain Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, ERP Modernisation, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• Partner with Consulting, Industry Principals, Solutions Leaders and Delivery Teams to design customised transformation roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multimillion‑dollar client portfolios in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong executive‑level relationship building across IT, Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multiple delivery managers or competency units.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of identifying and closing transformational opportunities.
