Client Success Specialist

About the role

Ataraxis AI is seeking a Client Success Specialist to be the primary point of contact for physicians, labs, hospitals, patients, and internal teams. You will ensure a seamless experience by addressing inquiries, supporting order processes, and helping customers navigate our oncology testing services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or web from physicians, labs, hospitals, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear, empathetic answers about tests, services, billing, and order status.
• Collaborate with Sales and clients to resolve missing or incomplete data, ensuring smooth ordering and timely delivery of results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all communications, actions, and follow‑ups.
• Research and resolve escalated issues, identify root causes, and communicate outcomes to customers and internal teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Ataraxis oncology tests, sample requirements, workflows, and documentation.
• Support process improvements and special projects that enhance efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and hands‑on experience.
• 1‑2+ years of client‑facing or customer support experience.
• Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks ruthlessly, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
