Client Experience Representative II (Bilingual, Remote)

About the role

Job Duck is hiring a bilingual Client Experience Representative II for a full-time, remote position with a US-based employer. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, screening inquiries, gathering information and guiding clients through the intake process. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST/PDT.

Key responsibilities

• Handle about 5 calls per hour and answer general inquiries about the firm and the intake process, transferring calls when needed.
• Screen prospective clients to identify case types and eligibility, and disqualify callers whose cases are not handled by the firm.
• Gather information for initial consultations, create client records and maintain CRM records in HubSpot.
• Review online submissions from platforms such as Justia or Intaker to assess case viability.
• Perform email outreach to website-inquirers and send declination emails and referrals where appropriate.
• Retrieve and upload property documents using TitlePro247 and schedule consultations via Calendly or internal systems.
• Support consultation preparation by making sure required documentation is available.

Required profile

• Bilingual; minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, receptionist, intake specialist or sales.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data-entry skills, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload) and a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace.
