Child Development Technician – Little Rock

About the role

The Child Development Technician supports the Pediatric Kids First program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. This position works directly with children and families to promote healthy development in a clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with developmental assessments and screenings for pediatric patients.
• Provide age‑appropriate activities and interventions under the guidance of clinical staff.

• Legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
