Child and Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

About the role

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual and in‑person mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26) and their caregivers in Virginia. You will join an interdisciplinary team focused on evidence‑based, family‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality therapy sessions (virtual or onsite) to meet scheduled clinical availability.
• Build therapeutic relationships, educate families on treatment approaches, and support long‑term progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and contribute to case discussions.

Required profile

• Active Virginia license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients.
• Minimum 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

What we offer

• Multiple employment tracks (full‑time W2, part‑time W2, 1099 contractor) with base salaries ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 and session‑based rates up to $90.
