About the role
The Chief of Orthopedic Trauma will lead a regional trauma network across Level 1‑4 centers, develop policies, and treat complex musculoskeletal injuries at the Cedar Crest Level 1 trauma center.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee an extensive trauma network consisting of Level 1‑4 centers.
- Develop and implement network‑wide policies and protocols.
- Treat a wide range of pathology, including upper extremity, lower extremity, and pelvic injuries.
- Participate in the launch of a new residency program and help shape trauma education.
- Engage in executive activities within the Institute and expand practice scope.
Required profile
- Board‑eligible or Board‑certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
- Current PA medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Proven leadership experience as an orthopedic trauma surgeon.
- Passion for clinical work and network championing.
Required skills
