The Chief of Staff to the President & CEO of Corcoran will act as a trusted extension of senior leadership, driving alignment across the organization and ensuring strategic priorities are executed flawlessly. This high‑visibility position sits at the intersection of vision‑setting and day‑to‑day operational excellence within a leading luxury real‑estate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives across the Corcoran enterprise with speed and precision.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms for real‑time decision making.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement best‑in‑class program‑management practices.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration among teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Manage the leadership cadence for Brokerage & Franchise leadership, ensuring consistent communication and execution.
