About the role

This senior position leads the development, negotiation, coordination, and communication of business plans to maximize opportunities and achieve performance goals across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recommendations from complex data analysis and build innovative statistical and financial models.
• Establish performance metrics, lead market research projects, and identify trends and opportunities.
• Staff and manage cross‑functional teams throughout business planning activities.
• Drive priority projects, make final decisions, and proactively identify new opportunities with business leaders.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research or a related discipline.
• Preferred PMP certification.

• Salary range $130,700 – $205,200 annually, plus bonus and/or equity.
