About the role
Square is expanding its Reseller Channel Partnerships team and is looking for a Channel Sales Manager who is fluent in French. Reporting to the Head of Reseller Channel Partnerships, you will lead the development and execution of partnership strategies with global reseller communities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a channel partnership strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners across target markets.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing resellers, ensuring alignment with Square’s product suite.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to create joint go‑to‑market plans.
- Track performance metrics, forecast sales, and report results to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or channel sales, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner ecosystems.
- Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
