Channel Manager – Omni Retail Partnerships

About the role

Bosch Power Tools North America is seeking a results‑oriented Channel Manager – Omni to support execution of strategies across key retail partners such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards, Walmart and Costco. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, product, finance and supply chain to translate the OMNI channel strategy into field execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with key account managers and directors to support go‑to‑market initiatives and drive revenue and profitability targets.
• Assist with development and execution of promotional programs, new product launches, pricing changes and merchandising updates.
• Drive line‑review strategies and presentations in collaboration with sales teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and product management to deliver accurate execution materials to sales and retail partners.
• Track and analyze retail performance metrics, including POS data, promotional ROI and pricing movement.
• Prepare business reviews, performance updates and retailer‑specific presentations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in retail sales support, channel management, commercial marketing or related fields, preferably in consumer goods or omni‑channel retail.
• Experience supporting field sales or account management teams with planning, promotional coordination or launch execution.
• Familiarity with large retailers (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, Menards) and their merchandising, pricing or promotional strategies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (15–20%) for team meetings or retailer support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Alloy or Power BI.

• Base salary range $112,000 – $140,000 per year.
