Change Management Lead (Prosci Certified)

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a remote Change Management Lead to drive change initiatives for a WorkForce Software implementation. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership, overseeing change strategies, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define change objectives and develop tailored change management plans.
• Oversee implementation, customization, and monitoring of change initiatives, adjusting tactics to optimize outcomes.
• Provide insights, recommendations, and stakeholder coaching while managing resistance and ensuring user readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience managing change initiatives and deep understanding of change management principles.
• Prosci ADKAR® certification and experience applying the model.

Required skills

• Prosci ADKAR® methodology
• Familiarity with change management tools and software

What we offer

• Competitive base salary $100,000‑$130,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
