About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to work the night shift. This full‑time position includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and offers the chance to contribute to patient care in a collaborative, diverse healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients during night hours.
- Monitor and adjust ventilator settings, administer medications, and perform airway management.
- Document patient care accurately and communicate findings to the multidisciplinary team.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with code situations as needed.
Required profile
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting.
