About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our post‑acute care team in San Francisco. The role is part‑time on a PM shift rotation, providing direct resident care and supporting clinical operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality daily nursing support, responding promptly to resident call lights.
- Assist with admissions, discharges and coordination of meal service.
- Monitor resident health status and report any changes to supervisors immediately.
- Promote a caring environment for residents and a supportive atmosphere for teammates.
Required profile
- Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to work the PM shift on a part‑time basis.
