CDL‑A Team Driver – $140k‑$160k yearly

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to operate 53’ van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers work a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule and enjoy weekly home time.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and comply with all DOT regulations.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specs for military transition).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Experience with doubles/triples, tanker, or haz‑mat endorsements (preferred).
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.
