About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking CDL‑A City Pickup & Delivery drivers for its Maybrook, NY service center. Drivers will perform local deliveries and pickups, returning to the terminal each day while enjoying a schedule that keeps them home every night.
Key responsibilities
- Perform city deliveries and pickups with multiple stops per shift.
- Operate scanning equipment and interact directly with customers.
- Complete lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack when required.
Required profile
- Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
- Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
- Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
Required skills
- CDL Class A operation.
- Use of electric pallet jack.
- Scanning equipment proficiency.
