Outbound Dispatch Clerk – Full Time

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking an Outbound Dispatch Clerk to join its Maybrook, NY service center. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM, with a starting wage of $18.76 per hour and immediate access to paid time off.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi‑line phone system and route them to the appropriate contacts.
• Enter data and process driver paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Assist dispatchers with routine tasks and information requests.
• Perform general office duties, including filing and record keeping.
• Support additional duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable, well‑organized, and computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and teamwork orientation.
