About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a Catering Server to provide high‑quality food and beverage service at events such as weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and banquets at The Albion Summit.

Key responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and place settings.
Greet guests, serve food and beverages, clear plates and glasses promptly, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
Assist with buffet setup and replenishment, follow food safety guidelines, and break down and clean banquet rooms after events.

Required profile

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or banquet service preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
