About the role

The role focuses on analyzing client processes, benchmarking performance, and guiding the implementation of AI‑driven solutions for banking, wealth management, and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, draft standard operating procedures, and create workflow documentation.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and support post‑implementation stability.
