Cannabis Production & Packaging Associate

About the role

Join Nature's Herbs & Wellness as a Production & Packaging Associate in our Milliken cannabis edibles facility. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in manufacturing and packaging infused gummies, tarts, mints and other products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and production of cannabis‑infused edibles following recipes and SOPs.
• Weigh, count, package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Complete production, inventory, and quality‑check records accurately.
• Follow Colorado cannabis regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow established procedures without shortcuts.
• Comfortable learning new processes, working in a team, and asking questions when needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old and obtain a Colorado MED Employee License (cost borne by employee).

Required skills

• Basic math for weighing and measuring.
• Ability to lift and move items over 35 lb (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
• Experience or willingness to work in food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, bakeries, or similar environments.
• Capability to follow SOPs, recipes, and written production instructions.
