Campus Recruiter

About the role

CHA Consulting, Inc. is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join its Human Resources team. You will be responsible for attracting and engaging early‑career talent across multiple U.S. locations or remotely, helping students and recent graduates discover meaningful career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, HR leadership, and recruiters to define campus hiring needs and develop targeted strategies.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for intern, co‑op, entry‑level and experienced professional positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and relationship‑building.
• Represent CHA at career fairs, university events, networking sessions and other recruiting initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with colleges, universities, student organizations, faculty and career services.
• Track recruiting activity and market trends to inform talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting CHA’s culture, values and career opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of campus recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and student groups.
• Experience planning and attending career fairs and on‑campus events.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance is preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
