Campaign Operations Manager

About the role

Katz Digital, part of Katz Media Group, is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The role takes ownership of accounts, working closely with sales teams and account managers to optimize results for advertisers. It is a full-time regular position based in New York.

Key responsibilities

• Traffic and track direct IO and programmatic campaigns across platforms in a timely manner
• Handle various ad file types and third-party tags, ensuring proper implementation in the server
• Be familiar with ad server logic (AND vs OR targeting) and assess inventory availability
• Collaborate on optimizations with Client Service Managers and Sales Representatives
• Interpret reporting and troubleshoot technical issues to proactively optimize campaigns

Required profile

• 4-year college degree
• 2+ years working in ad servers, DSP, SSP or a similar role preferred
• Experience with digital audio and podcast campaigns is a plus
• Involvement with advertising measurement and attribution partners is a plus
• Reliable and adaptable to company needs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing digital environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with ad tech terminology and industry standards
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, email, task management and reporting interfaces
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
