Cabinet & Hardware Assembler (Bilingual Preferred)

About the role

Rodgers Wade is seeking motivated Cabinet and Hardware Assemblers to join its production team in Paris, Texas. The position involves building cabinet units and hardware components using a variety of power tools while following detailed drawings and blueprints.

Key responsibilities

• Operate routers, miter saws, power drills/impact drivers, and tape measures safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints to construct cabinet units.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminates, and hardware components according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules, including occasional Saturdays and overtime.

Required profile

• Prior experience in construction, woodworking, or assembly environments.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools on wood and laminate materials.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
