Cabin Crew Recruitment Advisor (12‑month Contract)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Cabin Crew Recruitment Advisor to lead recruitment activities for its cabin crew workforce in the United States. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, delivering a seamless end‑to‑end recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring while upholding Emirates’ values and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and develop yearly recruitment plans for assigned departments.
• Manage volume recruitment campaigns for cabin crew locally and globally.
• Strategically select recruitment channels such as job boards, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Recommend and implement assessment centres, digital assessments and other selection methodologies.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal hiring managers, candidates, hospitality schools and recruitment agencies.
• Provide regional market insights and promote Emirates as an employer of choice.
• Oversee recruitment agencies to ensure compliance with Emirates’ standards and brand image.
• Handle all recruitment‑related administrative tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency, or 2 years in‑house/agency plus 2 years as cabin crew.
• SHRM, HRCI or other HR professional certification is desirable.
• Ability to travel for recruitment campaigns.

Required skills

• Experience with digital assessments, video interviewing and reference checks.
• Proficiency in using dashboard tools to monitor recruitment metrics.
• Familiarity with HRIS databases, ATS and CMS systems.
• Ability to organise skills‑assessment centres, in‑tray activities and work‑sample exercises.
