Busser / Food Runner – Part‑Time

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic Busser/Food Runner team members to support the dining experience across its upscale venues in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This part‑time position involves delivering food and beverage orders promptly while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders to the correct tables in a timely manner.
• Assist servers to ensure guests receive prompt service.
• Keep workstations stocked and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Maintain dining ambiance with a friendly, graceful attitude.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience as a food runner or busser in a fine‑dining or high‑volume setting.
• Personable demeanor with strong customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, think quickly and work both independently and in a team.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
