Busser / Food Runner

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a Busser/Food Runner to join the team at the Felina Summit venue. You will support the dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders to tables quickly and accurately.
• Assist servers to ensure guests receive timely service.
• Keep the service area stocked and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Maintain dining ambiance with a friendly and graceful attitude.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience as a food runner or busser in a fine‑dining or high‑volume setting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor, polished appearance and strong work ethic.
• Capacity to lift up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
